OUR STRUCTURE
CLANZ is managed by a committee made up of up to seventeen members from different backgrounds and organisations. Current committee members come from organisations including: Air New Zealand, Contact Energy, Carter Holt Harvey, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Land Information New Zealand, Landcare Research, Mighty River Power, New Zealand Police, Telecom New Zealand, and Unisys New Zealand.

There are seven officers on the CLANZ committee. The officers
make up the executive of the committee. These officers are:
• president
• two vice presidents
• treasurer
• secretary
• communications director
• conference director
CLANZ also has an esteemed Patron, the Honourable Sir Ian Barker, QC. |

It has been my privilege to have been associated with CLANZ since it began in 1987. In those days, there were few corporate lawyers, now there are many. CLANZ offers the corporate lawyer a forum where his or her problems and concerns can be discussed. Its meetings and conferences are designed to assist its members professionally and to foster that collegiality that is such a hallmark of our profession. Under the wise guidance of its President and officers, CLANZ will continue to prosper. |
